The Forming of LA Floors, Inc.
LA Floors, Inc was formed as a result of the Covid19 pandemic. During the surge Medical Centers were faced with critical staffing challenges. Ancillary departments such as EVS were hit just as hard. Departments were struggling to staff critical patient care areas. Non medically essential services were neglected as staff was getting shifted to other duties. Floor techs became housekeepers and as a result the floors were not being serviced regularly.
To this day the healthcare industry continues to experience staffing issues in all departments. LA Floors rose to the challenge and offered solutions to our Healthcare partners.
